The Edmonton & District Dental Society Awards are intended to recognize those poised to be the leaders of our profession. As such, the criteria for these awards lay heavily in the areas of service, leadership, and personal character.

  CRITERIA

The recipient must be in good academic and clinical standing, and must display traits illustrating a commitment to leadership in student activities, personal contributions to the community and profession, and other qualities reflecting strong personal and professional character.

 Donor: Edmonton & District Dental Society

• $1500.00 Award

• 4 Awards (one award for each year in the DDS program)

Applicants must be current students of the Dentistry Faculty at the University of Alberta.

Application can be made by direct email application to the Edmonton & District Dental Society.  Deadline for application is February 28 2010

The application consists of a short autobiographical questionnaire.

The Directors of the Edmonton & District Dental Society may request a personal interview.

The successful candidate will be chosen by the Edmonton & District Dental Society’s Board of Directors.
